As the world comes to grip with the COVID-19 pandemic, we know that many business owners are struggling to find new ways to sustain their businesses. As a small business ourself, we are feeling the emotional uncertainty and economic effects of the crisis. We are grateful that we can continue to operate CozyCal online, but we understand that businesses relying on in-person interaction are affected greatly. Some of our customers are affected by COVID-19, and we want to make sure that they have the flexibility to control their schedule and rein in budget to adapt to new changes. Now, our customers can choose to put their monthly or yearly subscription temporarily on hold until they are ready to accept appointments again. During this account freeze period, billing cycle is paused until the account is reactivated.
Support for non-profit organizations fighting COVID-19
On March 21st, 2020, we began offering 6 months of free subscription to any non-profit organizations that are working on COVID-19 relief efforts. We have seen churches that are scheduling online counselling sessions with their local members and daycare centres providing drop-in sessions for parents who are working to combat COVID-19. We want to do our part to support their efforts and help communities to stay connected.
