Does CozyCal have round-robin scheduling?

Yes. CozyCal's round-robin scheduling automatically distributes bookings evenly across team members. You can create multiple round-robin groups for different departments, set priority rankings so senior team members receive bookings first, and combine round-robin with reserved hosts in the same event type.

Can CozyCal integrate with Outlook?

Yes. CozyCal syncs with Outlook calendar through two-way sync. Events booked through CozyCal appear in your Outlook calendar automatically, and events in Outlook block time in CozyCal to prevent double bookings. Each team member can connect their own Outlook account.

Does CozyCal support white-label branding?

Yes. CozyCal's Plaid plan ($25/user/month annual) includes full white-label features: a custom booking domain (book.yourcompany.com), white-label email notifications sent from your own domain, and complete removal of CozyCal branding from all client-facing pages and emails.

Can I book both a team member and a room at the same time?

Yes. CozyCal's hybrid booking feature on the resource booking page lets you schedule a team member and a physical resource (conference room, studio, equipment) simultaneously in a single booking flow. CozyCal checks availability for both and prevents double bookings on either side.

Does CozyCal work with Stripe for payments?

Yes. CozyCal integrates with Stripe to collect payments securely on your booking page. You can set pricing per event type, create coupon codes, charge for add-on items, sell appointment packages, and accept per-person pricing for group bookings.

Can I book two co-hosts on the same event by pooling their availabilities?

Yes. CozyCal's multi-host collective scheduling pools the availability of two or more team members so clients only see time slots when everyone required is free simultaneously. You can combine reserved hosts with round-robin groups, making it ideal for meetings that need a specific lead plus a rotating second host.

Does CozyCal send automated reminder emails?

Yes. CozyCal sends automated confirmation, reminder, and cancellation email notifications. You can send up to four reminder emails per event with customizable timing. On the Plaid plan, these emails are sent from your own domain. CozyCal also supports SMS reminders to reduce no-shows.

Can I embed CozyCal on my website?

Yes. CozyCal offers three embedding options: an inline embed that displays your booking page within your site, a floating button that opens a popup overlay, and a custom button trigger. All options require just one line of code and work on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, and custom HTML sites.
