Schedule online meetings using CozyCal's Zoom integration

During difficult time like now, many of you might have to shift from working in the office to working remotely due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Set up Zoom integration is simple

Earlier this year, we launched Zoom integration since some of you had shared with us that you would prefer using Zoom over Google Hangouts for online meetings. Now whether existing clients or new leads are scheduling consultation sessions, demo calls or virtual coffee chats with you, you can meet up with them on Zoom.

Setting up Zoom integration within you CozyCal account is very simple. You can follow our step-by-step installation guide to set it up.

Once you've connected with Zoom, all it takes is one simple click in your setting to enable Zoom Meeting info be generated for any scheduled meetings.

Zoom integration for teams

If you have multiple members on your booking page, each team member can connect their CozyCal account with their own Zoom account separately.

They will not need to permission from the admin to integrate with their CozyCal account with Zoom.

When guests add the scheduled event to their calendar, the uniquely generated Zoom meeting details will be added to their calendar event description.

‍Zoom with our family and friends

Since we are practicing social distancing and refrain from visiting anyone, we created a booking page for our family and friends to let them schedule online meet-ups with us. We added Zoom integration so it's easy for everyone to join when we have a larger group. Even if we can't physically be in each other's presence, we can still stay connected and show support by meeting up virtually.
