Admins can now opt in to receive a copy of every booking notification for the team — including bookings for events they don't host. It's handy for office managers, owners, or assistants who want full visibility without being added as a host.
How to set it up
- Open Settings → Team Members and edit an admin.
- Turn on Receive all team booking emails.
Good to know
- Copies are sent for confirmations, cancellations, reschedules, and event request updates.
- The admin is BCC'd, so other recipients don't see their address.
- If the admin is already a host on the event, they get the usual notification instead of a duplicate copy.
