🧹 Simplified "max guests" setting

Previously, we've had customers who've been frustrated after changing the max guests setting, they would still see availability on existing events.

This was because the "max guests" setting only applied to new events and not existing ones.

We've changed this setting so that it now applies to ALL events. Now there's only one place to keep track of this setting -- in the event type availability settings.
