What's New in CozyCal: First Half of 2026

It's been a busy first half of the year at CozyCal. Some of what we shipped got its own announcement, but plenty of smaller improvements landed quietly along the way. Here's everything in one place.

The headliners

Sign in with a passkey

You can now sign in to CozyCal with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, a password manager, or a hardware security key — no password required, and nothing to phish. Read the full announcement →

Full localization in eight languages, including Japanese

The entire application — booking pages, emails, calendar, settings, analytics, and more — is now available in French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Lithuanian, and our newest language, Japanese. Read the full announcement →

Troubleshoot availability

When you're signed in and viewing your own booking page, click any greyed-out time slot to see exactly why it isn't bookable — busy times, buffers, booking limits, and more. No more guessing. Read the full announcement →

Microsoft Teams meetings

You can now add Microsoft Teams as a meeting location. Teams links are created automatically when a booking is made and included in calendar events and confirmation pages — joining Zoom and Google Meet in our video meeting lineup.

Quality-of-life improvements

Copy a booking page

Setting up a second booking page used to mean rebuilding it from scratch. Now you can duplicate one from Page Settings → Copy Page. Folders and event types come over with their order and nesting intact, page settings are copied when creating a new page, and hosts and locations can optionally come along too. Handy for new offices, new teams, or seasonal variations of your services.

See why guests cancel

When a guest cancels a booking, they're now asked for a reason — and it's included in the cancellation email and shown on the event details panel in your calendar. Paired with rescheduling reasons, you now get the full picture of why appointments change.

Resend confirmation emails

A guest lost their confirmation email? Open any upcoming event, click the guest's name, and choose Resend Confirmation Email. Done.

Analytics filters for booking pages and team members

The Analytics Dashboard now supports filtering by booking page and by team member, so team admins can drill into each segment of their booking data — plus faster data loading across the board.

Separate organizer and location host roles

For multi-host event types, you can now assign the organizer (who sends the calendar invite and video link) and the location host (whose location is used) independently — more flexibility for teams where different members handle different parts of an event.

Easier custom domain setup

Setting up a custom domain now auto-detects your DNS provider and supports root domains, and your custom domain link appears in the Share modal.

Automatic invoice payments

When you update your credit card, any outstanding invoices are paid automatically — no more manual retries after a card change.

Under the hood

Not everything we ship is visible, but it all adds up to a more reliable CozyCal:

  • Clearer "already connected" messages when a Google Calendar, Office 365, Zoom, or Clio account is linked to a different CozyCal account — the error now tells you which account holds the connection
  • More resilient Office 365 sync that rides through Microsoft Graph throttling instead of failing the batch
  • Better Clio handling for redacted calendar entries you don't have permission to view
  • Fixes for Teams/Meet links broken by trailing whitespace, per-host location updates, double-submitted intake forms, a Safari error on the guest details page, and several calendar timezone edge cases
